We Believe | Heavenly Lights

Destiny Training is church in a new wine skin. God is calling us to step out of the box and out of the four walls of the traditional church to truly fulfill the great commission (Matt 28:19)

There are four areas of Destiny Training's mission.

Gathering: God is calling us in to fellowship with one another

Worshipping: God is calling us in to fellowship with Him

Equipping: God is calling us to sharpen our swords for the work of the kingdom

Sending: God is calling us to take His word and His power to the nations

We believe that God is equipping, imparting and activating the individual to walk the message out in their cities and nations.

Destiny Training is located in Oakhurst, California, a beautiful mountain community nestled in the Western Sierra Mountains near Yosemite National Park.

We Believe

Everyone can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. 

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 10:13
For "WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED."

 All Christians can be "Full Gospel," in fact, it is the command of Christ Jesus.

Acts 1:4-5
Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem , but to wait for what the Father had promised, "Which," He said, "you heard of from Me; for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."

For by grace are we saved through faith and not of ourselves it is the gift of God not works that any man should boast.

The Great Commission: Mark 16:15-18
And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them, they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.
